In my scrolling of social media I came across an idea for gratitude. To be intentional about it in a way that is visual. The idea is to fill a jar each week with one note of a good thing that happened in your life. Then on New Year's eve empty the jar and read about the amazing year you lived.

But I am a daughter of KISS (keep it simple stupid) and one of my goals for the year is to write everyday. So this is the beginning of my 2022 Daily Grateful Journal. I will be writing about one thing from my day that I am grateful for. #2022dailygratfeul
