Growing Annanas workout review

So I have been doing her workouts for the past 28ish days. I love her format for the workout videos. The music and little tutorial for the exercise moves are great. Plus I like how the progress of your workout is visible. There is a little bar with the percentage of the workout throughout the video. Overall, I love doing her workouts and when I need a break from them I usually go for a run, do a cardio dance workout, or find a pop sugar workout to do.
The moves she uses are definitely challenging for me which is part of the reason I will keep her videos in my workout rotation. But because of the level of difficulty sometimes I do modify when it comes to certain moves. One example is push ups, which are consistent throughout and integrated with other exercises. I alternate between knees on the floor and push ups starting from the floor. My arms are not as strong as hers but that’s okay. I have definitely gained more strength in the push up game. For other exercises she uses I will modify by not using weights, not jumping, or doing the beginner version of the exercise.
