“Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation,”

“As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:”

Observation

The word of God helps you to mature. It helps to provide a foundation for your life. To sustain you as you encounter the wonders, the heartbreak, the blessing, and the evil.

Application

Read your Bible.

Prayer

Thank you God for a physical resource here on Earth. Help me to understand what you have for me today. Reveal to me what you want me to know. Renew my mind with your word. Bind your word to my mind/thoughts. Bind your word to my tongue so I may speak encouragemeant into others, lovingly correct, speak truth, and so you can use me as your voice. Bind your word to my heart so that all I do and everything that flows from it would direct and draw others to you. Amen.
